***Official 2018 NCAA Tourney Thread***

I've always wondered this: if there is only 2-3 seconds left on the clock, why not just catch and shoot a really high-arching shot? From a longer distance, it will be impossible for a player to catch the ball under the basket and throw it accurately standing under their own basket. If you happen to get fouled right after you get rid of the ball, you might even get 3 shots.

Well he did travel. Not sure what he was trying to do there . Just wait for the foul to come with that little time left

I think you might be missing the point.

Chris Webber saying someone traveled without getting called for it is just an odd thing, is all.

Him calling a crucial NCAA tournament game is odd by itself.

John Beilein is one of the best coaches of offense in the sport. He really has Michigan humming right now. I thought they were too trendy a pick going into the tourney to be reliable but they are looking really good.

Not taking away from his coaching abilities, because he is a great coach, but they should've lost last round. That was a prayer that had like a 15% chance of going in.

I don't get the scowling "student athlete" ads the NCAA feels compelled to run. What's up? Not very good tone....kind of mean-spirited really getting all up in my junk on my tele. Is there some crisis of student athletes getting bullied? Why so outraged? I mean, a chorus of student athletes singing Imagine by John Lennon would be money better spent than this freaking weird branding campaign.
