Back on Thursday I heard a professional talking head say the Rockets had a much better chance to make it through than the Cavs because they were only down 1-1 and the Cavs were already down 2-0. It seemed pretty crazy to me.

Series doesn't really start until somebody loses a home game. GSW stomping them in Houston in game 1 was much more crushing to them than Boston holding court at home was for Cleveland.

Exactly, losing home court is a much bigger deal than dropping the first 2 on the road. Celts have been great at home but I'd rather be Cleveland having to win in Boston than anyone needing a win at GS.

It's bleacher report, but potential to have Kansas City add a NBA team. If that happens, would be interesting to see what happens to some of the college teams there.

It'd be tough sledding with an expansion team, because they probably wouldn't be very good right away. When the Sonics moved to OKC they already had a budding superstar in KD and they had jsut drafted Westbrook. It's probably an easier sell for local fans when the team is already on the rise coming in.

Cavs beat the **** out of celtics tonight. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if the Cavs rattle off 4 straight wins.

I think the series will go back to Boston tied 2-2. Beyond that is anyone's guess. I think Cleveland is going to grind it out but it will take them all seven games to do it.

Pretty horrible call takes 3 or 4 points off the board for Boston and tags fourth foul on a key player.

Hopefully Cavs win by five or more to make it a non issue because that was an obvious four point play chance. Bad calls happen but you don’t often see one bad call cost a team four points and a key foul.

There have been plenty of crap fouls against CLE this game as well. That foul against Love in the paint was crazy.

It would take 3-4 horrible calls to neutralize that.

It’s almost statistically impossible to draw up a single more damaging call.

You don't agree with Love getting a foul when the guy ran at him to initiate contact?

Love was leaning away with flat feet to avoid contact. I think HFCS is showing his hatred of officials from years of being a cyclone fan.

OK, someone has to do it.
You're a Cyclone fan. You know that it's not nearly impossible to draw up a single more damaging call.

We’ve had more baffling calls and calls that wrongly tilted 3 points but This would be up there. The Clyburn wiped out 3 point play is probably closest in terms of point volume in a key game.

I’ve watched a lot of hoops and can’t remember seeing a 4 point chance taken off the board by a bad call against the shooter.

Not a terribly officiated game otherwise but that is a doozy.

I want to say if LBJ, Korver and Smith all play like they did in the first half they could give GSW a run but maybe fooling myself.

If we're talking about the play where Morris sticks his leg way out, a la Reggie Miller, that absolutely is a foul on him. If he just shoots the damn ball without that flail, it's a 3, and who knows what happens.

Regardless, there were tons of bad calls both ways. Cleveland played at home. That's what happens when you play at home.
