NBA: *** Official 2015 NBA Playoffs Thread ***

don't even care that my prediction is wrong, that was a great game

It blows my mind every year that NBA playoff basketball isn't more popular...I get zoning out the regular season at times but this is just insane for a first round playoff series.

the timekeeper running the clock is probably getting fired. Showed the play the Spurs was going to run. Barnes knew that alley-oop was coming. Too bad it came to that.

Spurs went down hard like true champions. Likely the end of a great era for the Spurs and the best of this era, Tim Duncan.

If they play to their full potential they might be wearing a ring soon.

I don't think they'll get past Houston. I think we saw them playing their best this series. The minutes their starters have played and with paul "hobbled" it'll be tough to beat a rockets team that has been playing well.

Agree with that. Chris Paul is going to have to be Chris Paul to have a shot at hot Houston.

Great series. Will probably be the best one of the playoffs. Shame there were a few bad whistles at the end there.

Paul's shot where he got fouled was a bad call but at least they didn't compound it by letting contact go on the other end. Then the inadvertent whatever that was...pretty bad too.

I just don't see Houston as a tested playoff team I trust. It's pretty rare for a group of players to just storm the playoffs without taking lumps and growing. I thought the same about Atlanta and GS to some extent.

I don't disagree with that, there's almost always a process involved with winning an NBA title but who is left that has been there before? I think people are underestimating how dominant Golden States regular season was, I'm starting to believe they may just run through the playoffs.

Spurs were the only ones I saw as a real threat to Warriors. I think Warriors cake walk to the finals.

If they cake walk to the finals, they will cake walk through the finals. I think the clippers or spurs would be a better adversary for the warriors in the finals than what the East will produce.

Said no one ever.

It's really not. Thunder yes.

Spurs? Who knows if Duncan/Ginobli/Parker will be back and even if they do how good they will be. Without those 3 you have some good role players with Kawhi and Danny Green but nothing much else.
