It was an 8.1 second difference from the evidence you posted when the official blew his whistle. If cyclonespiker wants to provide evidence that it started 2 seconds early I'm all ears.

LeBron is the MVP and it isn't even close. I'm sure it'll be the MVP of the winning team but LeBron is the best player on the floor and it isn't even close. The Splash Brothers might be the best combo in the NBA however.
And is it just me or does it always seem like teams have to walk a mile and a half to get to the locker room?

We confuse people now with our measured appreciation of the game after LBJ dispatched our team ;-) I'm actually chearing for the Cavs.
I'd have voted for LeBron regular season MVP...and I'd vote for him Finals MVP even if they don't win. Just saying that so none of his fans jump down my throat with this. The thing LBJ is missing, especially in this series, is a better game with his back to the basket. Jordan and even Kobe were better scorers with their back to the basket, especially as they got older. I'm not talking about better for their size, just straight up better with their back to the basket. In a situation like this where his team clearly cannot cut it in the scoring department, if he could be fed the ball with his back to the basket more often with high % go-to moves...it could have been a difference maker in some of the close games.
I only bring it up because of the inevitable goat conversations and it's something I think gets overlooked. I'm not dogging him in the slightest for these last two years even if he goes 0-2 in the Finals, he is going down swinging unlike '11 and '07 where he played below his usual self.
It's really a pretty lopsided affair where he's the best in the world and the other team is very talented...although I don't think GS playing as well as San Antonio was last year this time which was some of the best team basketball I ever saw. It's not over yet, but had LeBron had even one of the two Iriving/Love I think this would have been Cleveland's year.

Good post and cosigned. I'm offended when people say this guy is a top 5 player in NBA history and his career is far from over. People are so disrespectful of the greats who put their time in this league. LeBron isn't there.
I think you are underselling Lebron a little bit. His effectiveness with his been lower with his back to the basket because GS isn't worried about the other scrubs on the floor. Give him a straight one-on-one and he'll go to work.
Have you seen how Cleveland looks when he's not on the floor? They can barely get a shot off, much less score. They would be losing these games by 20-30 points at least without him.
I'm not saying Lebron is better than Jordan yet, but the Bulls still made the playoffs without him. Cleveland immediately dropped to the worst team in the NBA when Lebron left, and were probably the best team in the NBA when with a full roster when he came back. The Miami heat went from losing in the finals to not even sniffing the playoffs in a weak conference after Lebron left.
While his career isn't over, what's wrong with saying he will be one of the best 5 to ever play by the time he retires? Even Magic Johnson has said that.
