NBA: *** Official 2014 NBA Playoffs Thread ***

What? If anything the last three games would make them want to explore their options and possibly leave.

I dont see it happening. They have rolled the past 4 years, and have had a horrible three game stretch against a great Spurs team. If they leave, there are not green pastures for any of them, and they know it. I could see Wade hanging it up, but even that I doubt. I would put money on the "big three" being back, and would put a lot of money on Lebron and Bosh for sure being back.

Safe to say the Miami free agents were wrong when they called themselves the greatest trio of all time before they played a game.

Love that fact that Pop is able to take these guys out of the game one by one for standing ovations...against the Heat in the NBA finals.

I think there are greener pastures potentially out there. Wade is clearly on the decline and is no longer a top 10 player. While they may have "rolled" for parts of the past four seasons, they are one miracle three from Ray Allen away from only winning one championship in their prime years together.

Wade won't retire with $40mil guaranteed over the next two seasons.

San Antonio has won a third of the championships in the last 15 years. That's amazing.

And I think there have been only 8 different franchises who have won the title over the last 31 years. And only the Mavericks have a single one. Interesting to see that less than a quarter of the league has really controlled the championship.

Yeah like I said, I highly doubt it. I could see him being pressured to opt out though, to make room for Carmelo.

What I could see is Wade opting out if he gets a long term contract. But I don't know if he can play that much longer... He needs a jump shot and consistent mid range game, and he hasn't shown he has it recently.

Spo is an average coach. The way wade and bosh have turned into average players is a disgrace. Spurs showing it how's it done. Go whatever team lebron is on in a couple years after the heat
