Obnoxious neighbor dog

I sympathize. Been there with multiple neighbors. Almost every municipality has ordinances against nuisance noise like what your describing. If you talk to the neighbors and they do nothing start calling the cops. Once it starts hitting them in the pocketbook they will stop. Hate that it comes to that, but sometimes these inconsiderate dickheads need to learn the hard way.

Personally, I'd be in the fight fire with fire type camp.

First, I would break out my sound capturing equipment and record as much of that dog barking as possible.

Then I would edit that into a 30 second loop.

Then I'd bust out my pro Klipsch La-Scalas:

(Not mine, but otherwise identical).

I'd point those speakers towards the neighbors house and turn on the loop with my 100 watt amplifier. Those speakers are approx 105 DB at 1 watt and can achieve concert level volume without breaking a sweat.

When the neihgbor gets tired of hearing me, perhaps he will want to talk about his dog.
