I never liked Oasis much and they were basically unavoidable.

100%. I think I'm not an Oasis fan because of the fact you couldn't not hear them when they popped. Remember kids, this was back in the day when you had to go to a store to buy the music you wanted to hear or listen to the radio. And they were always on the radio.

Noel remixed "D'You Know What I Mean?" a few years ago as an experiment to remove the overdone production and make it sound more like the first two albums. I know Be Here Now is one of the most controversial albums in the history of music (and I'm one of its defenders... it's wretchedly excessive but entertaining as ****... a monument to cocaine-fueled bizarreness but Noel and Liam do their thing and sell it).

But hearing it with the new production...



...yeah I'd be very curious to hear what the whole album would sound like with that treatment.

Noel has teased doing the other songs but "never got around to it."
