Typical internet forum, let's all rip on the guy because he doesn't spend his entire life on here hawking recruiting like most.

As far as the OP's question, and trying not to be a ****** like most of you, The latest that I've heard on Pelle is that he's mostly interested in SDSU, and he's very shaky as far as even qualifying academically. I'm sure we'd like his talent here, but I think he's not too fond of coming here, and his academics are definitely a concern.

So your answer is a 99% no, he's not coming here.
