NIL donation idea

Off the wall thought here. Maybe it's been brought up before. Do you guys think can donations could make a nice chunk for NIL? Have can donation spots at tailgate lots and other places around Ames/ Iowa? Only 5 cents a pop, but I've seen the amount of beer we can put down on a Saturday..
This is 10 times dumber than anything I have ever posted...

I don't want to entertain the Troll, but as a fun thought how many cans do you think people go through tailgating on a game weekend? I wish bottle/can deposit would do away, so I'm genuinely curious what the total amount wasted on the deposits is each gameday.

You came to the right place... MATH NERDS of ISU, DO YOUR THING!

The key is driving the cans to Michigan to get $.10 per can, you double your money instantly.
Might as well go all in and ask other universities if we can set up collection sites on their campuses too. Just load up the trailers as we head back home. Even better if we can start traveling to Ohio and West Virginia by bus. Unload ‘em in Michigan and double the money as you say.

Just for fun.

What if everyone just gave $1?
You beat me to it. Literally, would be way less work....a few $5 spots thrown in here an there....half a million dollars in one season by just putting out an "NIL tip jar" LOL

It’s an even better idea if you can get your postal worker friend to use his mail truck to make the trip during off hours.
Could end catastrophically...
