Iowa State FB Instagram posted a video of KCM in cardinal helmet grey top and grey bottoms. Could be an indication of uniform Saturday. Or could mean nothing.

It seems to me there was a Facebook video of ISU FB earlier this year that showed the equipment staff with a "secret box" insinuating something new is coming this year. The video is probably somewhere in this thread but I bet there is at least new "alternate" uniforms this year.
Uniforms? Not this season. Complete overhaul coming in 2018. Expect a new helmet to be unveiled at some point this fall:

One can only assume grey helmets then to match the grey unis from last season? We did cardinal/cardinal/grey and white/white/grey last season. Would be nice to do matching pants and helmet instead with the accent jersey color.
