It's hard to say what the real story is but Hines, Williams, Trey Scott and Randy Peterson are all saying he's committed so the coaches at least feel like he's firmly committed, IMO.

But I agree, you have to be a little cautious with a foreign national that comes out of left field. There is probably still a couple of big hurdles standing between a commitment and actually playing a game in Hilton.

Fortunately the guy has really long legs!

Very interesting recruit. I hope he plays similar if not better than Jeff Withey. It could be a game changer for the program if he is a dominant force down low. Looks like he has the potential to be a good cut and shoot/pick and roll guy also a good rebounder.

Think about how much depth we have for next season.

I'm excited to get this kid. I really liked the 2nd scouting video better than the first one posted.

I assume thats not right because thats less than 4 ft. So his arms are about 1.5 ft long. Maybe he is just like Ol' Dingle.

This kid is very intriguing. Needs to hit the weights but there looks to be talent in his game. At this point, the Jeff withey comparison's unfair but I definitely see some similarities. Could be a good weak side shot-blocker early on. As someone wisely noted, the hot-cold analogy depending on the matchup is really appropriate with him. There will be some guys who will back him down without effort, but the intrigue comes in that his skillset is very different than most guys on the team yet he's still able to stretch the floor. How can a piece like that not be exciting?
