Im still very excited for Campbell and the future of cyclone football. It's just some additional perspective

I agree with your point that Rhoads first class brought in some solid recruits. What was missing, however, was the lack of adequate P5 level OL and QB recruits. He never did get over the hump in these areas. Campbell appears to be off to a better start in the critical OL area and the QB situation is yet to be determined.

Where's the 4 star guys? I said this before but last years class had 4 guys that were rated higher than anyone we have coming in right now. That's not to say this staff isn't doing a great job; it's just to say the negative attitude clouded everyone's judgement on the types of guy the last staff was getting.



I realize that and it's great but everyone acts like it's new and it's not. These are the guys that ISU has to get and I happen to think there is a bunch of them on the current roster. This is a Reggan Northrup or KCM type of recruit.

I hope no one took what I said as a negative toward what's going on. It's just interesting to me how the opinion changes when the reality didn't.
