I'm an ISU grad who is now permanently located in the Story County area, I currently work for a nutrition company as a DSM and own a small swine herd for niche market production that is still back home. Recently I was contacted and have an opportunity to grow for a larger company that focuses on the same area of production now that I am in the area. I'm looking either to invest in someone who has a farm/acreage for sale or possibly would want to rent out facilities in the area.
