Nebraska sux

It's amazing how no one talks about what Campbell's wife wants. She must have a tight lipped close circle of friends.
He said he wasn't interested in Iowa State (but was aware of the fan support) until his wife made him interview with Pollard.

That’s different from the story about CMC wanting to coach here ever since his game here with Toledo. Then when talking to JP she had the final say.

So many NU fans have told me that Campbell will be their next head coach. They don’t realize times have changes and this isn’t the 90’s.

For those that like to overanalyze, you can listen to Matt on the Coaches Corner tonight at 6:30. (Cyclone Coach Show, not Nebraska)

Which will scare other coaches if boosters are able to push the AD that much.

Eh money wins in most cases. I mean people still take the Auburn job and those boosters are the worst. Them and Texas have the worst boosters. They basically tell coaches who get's to play and all that nonsense.

Ken Miller on KXNO said multiple times today Nebraska should go after Matt Ruhle. He will probably be fired from Carolina soon, and he did a great job at Temple and Baylor. Makes a lot of sense actually.
I think he would do very well in the Big 10 west.

CMC has turned away 4* recruits because the players on the team said they weren’t a fit for the culture at Iowa State during their visit. You think Nebraska boosters would be ok with that?

I’m not arguing the statement, but who were the 4* recruits he turned away and were they actually going to commit?

As JP4CY points out, there was a story here at CF a few years ago with that family picture and interview with Mrs. Campbell and wives of other coaches. Mr.'s Campbell was the lead and talked about coaches wives area in the stadium with changing table and kids running around, watch parties at each other homes for away games, walking around Ames with no hassles, etc. One big family I remember reading. I will have to find it.
