***NDSU Preview.Predictions/Results***

12-2 win for Moreno. He dominated most of the match but had trouble on bottom (surprise) to start the third.

Iowa State 7 - 3 NDSU
 
Goettl almost scores but somehow manages to get cradled and almost pinned. Luckily only gives up 2 points. Nothing seems to go Luke's way this season.

Thanks, I was looking at the teams going there and the field is loaded. Just kind of sad to see no Midlands.

NDSU is really, really good at the whizzer. Goettl gets a great double that somehow the NDSU guy gets out of. LaValle at 133 had a great whizzer as well. Goettl down 0-3 after two periods.
 
Goettl goes down 0-4 after RT is applied. He was in deep multiple times and created all the action but wasn't able to get past Diamond's counters. Something is up with Goettl. I dunno if it is mental or physical but he is not himself.

Iowa State 7 - 6 NDSU
 
5-2 lead for Molina after two periods. He had the leg picked up but (same as the past few weights) wasn't able to get through the NDSU guy's whizzer. If there had been another second or two in the period I think he would have scored.
 
Logan lets Gray up and gets a takedown with a nice blast double. Wins it 8-4.

Iowa State 10 - 6 NDSU
 
0-0 first period. A few half hearted shots by Moreno but other than that not a lot of action. Monk will start down to start the second.
 
Monk gets Moreno in a bad spot on a scramble but Moreno able to fight it off (just barely) and they get reset on a potentially dangerous call (Moreno was holding on for dear life and Monk's knee was getting to be at a weird angle). Monk still down a minute into the period.
 
Monk gets an escape near the end of the period and Moreno runs out of time before he is able to finish a takedown. Monk up 0-1 on Moreno. Moreno has about 1:45 of RT.
 
I'm not totally sure what is going on. The ref just awarded Moreno a 2 point nearfall on a challenge by Jackson.
 
Monk has Moreno turned. Up 6-2. Moreno barely able to fight off his back without getting pinned.
