I don’t follow recruiting as closely as I used to, so when I saw his name and ranking, I got my hopes up that he was an upperweight kid...

My excitement went through the roof when I saw 220.

Just a monster commitment for this program.

The kid's Hudl tape is impressive too. Any chance we get him to play linebacker also?

For whatever it's worth, this Pennsylvania wrestling site lists him as a 197 in college.

220-pounders are tricky. Hard to tell if they can cut down or if their frame is big enough to grow into HWT.

I've seen him listed at 6'0 on Hudl, so he would be on the shorter side of heavyweights. But I believe he'll be successful at whatever weight he decides to go.

This is awesome news.

With Schon, Greenlee, and Fisher coming in to join Broderson, Shapiro and Duggan. Our upper weights are looking pretty good for the foreseeable future.

With Knopick, Paniro, Cam, Carr, Ramazan, Reeves, Cabanban, Terukina, Redding, etc. I'm starting to envision some pretty good line-ups down the way.

We'll see how this whole extra eligibility ruling ends up panning out over the next couple of years too.
