It's starting to get a real sinister feel here in Ames. Still quiet, but lots of lightning on the horizon.

Tornado warning here for Ankeny. I suppose the 3rd story of my apartment building isn't the best place to be

Looking at the radar it looks like the two tornado warning areas will split Ames - one to the north of Ames and one to the south of Ames
