Jim McElwein can stay in State.a couple of years ago, Sparty may have been able to bring in a bigger name, now, they are probably looking a younger guy. It's odd though, they have mostly seemed to always hire older, established guys. I think Fickel make sense but if not him, I'm guessing someone like him, an assistant from a big time program. Of course we may not know all the details of why he's leaving, might make the job less attactive.
