The same way we beat Baylor, Okie St, and Kansas last year but, lose to Texas Tech.
I wanna say Michigan wins by about 7 due to fouling in the last 2 minutes to extend the game.
Iowa State starts hot and is amped up behind a sold out Hilton crowd, Michigan calms down and gets it going and is up by 8 at halftime.
Constant back and forth battle in the second half and Iowa State just cant close it.

I'd be surprised to see Mcgary. I'm reading into the few quotes I've seen from Michigan but they make it sound like they'll be happy if he doesn't miss any conference games.

Ok then lets look at 2011-12. The same way we lose to UNI in Hilton, but beat #5 Kansas.

Only difference is Michigan is played before Iowa and we generally get better as the season goes on. UNI was right away that season and Kansas was towards the end of the season.

I predict a close game at halftime. Then Rashad Vaughn, seeing the awesomeness that is Hilton Madness and Coach Dreamy, commits, gets special permission from the NCAA to play right away (because they love ISU), suits up and proceeds to score 58 points carrying us to a 142-65 point victory.
Didn't we just beat North Carolina by 30? Fred just outcoached Roy Williams so he can out coach anybody. We just have to contain Gardner in the pocket plus we are at Phog-Hilton I see us winning by at least 20
Too bad we couldn't have scheduled this game for late December. Not even taking into consideration Ejim's injury I would love to see our guys have a few more easy non conf games to gel before lining up against a potential Final Four team.

I just believe Iowa State will be more jacked up against Michigan at Hilton. They will be jacked up against Iowa too. but I believe the Hawks will prevail. I hope I am wrong. And BYU...they will have our number this time in Provo, UT.
Is anybody else watching this Michigan vs UMASS Lowell game on the BTN?

The commentators are even worse. They make the "Boom goes the dynamite" guy sound good. I think they are maybe students or interns or something? There's no way they are actual BTN commentators...
