Heading to Baylor game and have not bee to game in Hilton for awhile. Planning to use Public parking. How early do they fill up before a game?

I would arrive at least an hour before game time, as they fill up pretty fast.

I have reserved parking and actually prefer the public lots as they empty faster. We often have no problem getting a public spot 30-40 minutes before tipoff. We often sell or giveaway the reserved pass
