I'm in the process of re-watching all the MCU and nearly done. Of the Disney+ series, I've only yet to reach Hawkeye for a re-watch. Its worth noting that WandaVision only got better with a re-watch, and it was by far my favorite series after the first time. Loki also improved some, while What if...? stayed about the same, and Falcon and the Winter Soldier got significantly worse. FATWS's story and editing flaws made the show look like a complete conjobbled mess with second viewing, and I was only so-so on it the first time. I'm afraid Hawkeye's flaws are only going to make it look worse as well, but we'll see.
I may re-watch WandaVision at some point. I think the acting was more solid than the others.
The time travel/multiverse aspect of Loki was hard for me to really get into. I thought the acting and plot were fine, but everything was too consequence-free for me to really enjoy it like I hoped I would.
"What If" was fun. I'm not sure if I have a huge desire to re-watch any of them, however. Part of it has to do with being ready to move on with some of the characters from phase 4, I think.
FATWS was easily my least favorite. It's too bad because some of the action scenes involving Falcon are really really good. Despite liking CA-Winter Soldier a lot, Sebastian Stan's acting range is very limited. He's solid with the stoic Winter Soldier character, but that didn't translate to being a leading character for this series. Between that and Anthony Mackie channeling early Will Smith, I didn't get any chemistry between the two actors at all. Just flat dialogue and zero comaraderie. Throw in a clunky plot, and it became a hard series to watch.
