No, I'm not looking for an R rated Spider-man. There's a gulf of difference between what DC is doing and wanting to see what Spider-man does as he ages. The Raimi Trilogy got to touch on it some in the second and third movies and there is a wealth of storylines in the comics of an older Peter navigating adult life. We've now gotten our third live action look at Peter in high school. That's probably enough for now.
Yeah, I'm with you where I want to see him in college next too and I'm not saying you were calling for an "R" rated Spider-Man at all. It's just a slippery slope when we get too far ahead of ourselves in wanting to age and mature everything up to tailor more towards the older generation, all while neglecting and forgetting about the next generation of fans coming up. Lets just let things progress naturally. Again, I haven't seen Far From Home and technically don't even know for sure Andrew or Tobey are even in the movie, even though their villains clearly are, but if they are in it and successful in it, I'd totally be up for something like an Amazing Spider-Man 3 movie running concurrently with the Tom Holland series of films. My guess is they go more the introducing a new Spider-Man like Miles Morales route in order to add more diversity to the casts, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't be up for seeing Tobey or Andrew once again. While I hated The Amazing Spider-Man 2, I actually really loved the first one and believe it is one of the most underrated superhero movies of all time. I loved Andrew in the role.
