There's been a lot of talk of shooting next year, on this thread. Shayok says his shot has gotten better with the work he's been able to to put in.
One prediction that I have for next year is that Lewis will be a more consistent shooter and a decent threat from deep. He's got size and good mechanics and his experience from this year, plus work in the gym, will bring him consistency. It'll be a deep team next year - he'll have to fight to get playing time.

All this talk about the tournament two years ago. Funny, I don't remember seeing him play . . . probably because our seats were in the next to top row of the United Center . . . and I've tried to block that game out of my mind.
Likely have 5 guys in the backcourt rotation 4 are obvious but the 5th will depend on who's the back up PG. If it's Haliburton he'll be #5, if it's Wigginton then Lewis or Haliburton could be the 2nd wing off the bench. (Just incase that confused someone if LW ends up as our backup PG he still starts at the 2)

Are any of those people affiliated with the team in any way? Are they stating their personal opinion, or what seems to be a consensus among those in the know?
Tally will likely compete w/ Griffin & Conditt for the second big off the bench spot. His biggest hurdle is both those guys can shoot.
Long has a lot of really good players to compete for minutes with and Shayok is the only one we know will run out of eligibility before him.
Time will tell.
Jake sullivan was saying that Young’s minutes will diminish likely next year as well. Also said the a staff member told him next years team may be one of the better ones we’ve had.

Ya I’m not kool aiding out yet. We should be fighting for the tournament that’s all I’m going to say.
matt campbell will ask jakolby long to move to linebacker. People will scoff and doubt him, but he will be 1st team all big 12 at mlb next year.
In that podcast they talked about Babb being intelligent and steady but criticized him a little because they questioned his ability to create and get into the lane. I understand their point, but I also think that Babb has been limited from the tendonitis in his knee. They didn't mention that.
At least from my (amateur) view, Griffin's body looks more ready for DI, at the moment; he's a strapping young man. Conditt still looks really thin and I wonder if that will hurt his chances at PT (I haven't seen him shoot much but am glad to read that he's able to shoot).
Young and NWB aren’t seeing a major change in PT next year.

We are going to have so many players next year that we will have to hire Mad Fran just to get the rotations figured out.
