I like it warmed up a little, room temp is fine, but it doesn't need to be warm warm. Just not cold.

Should of made cold and room temp 2 different choices. Warm and room temp I can go with either choice.

I prefer cold. It’s a little thicker and I like the contrast of the hot pancakes and cold syrup. Like apple pie and ice cream as someone mentioned.

Real maple syrup is good at any temp. The fake stuff is way too thick if it's not warmed up.

Did somebody say my name?

For pancakes, waffles, French toast, etc., I try to get the maple syrup out early so it is closer to room temp. Cold is fine when put on ice cream - which is where most of mine goes.
