Before I cut out sugar, I made maple syrup by mixing simple syrup and mapleine.

Dissolve two parts sugar in one part water to make the simple syrup and add Mapleine to taste. Super simple and way better than the garbage in plastic bottles. Not as good as pure maple syrup though.

You add women's makeup to simple syrup to put on your pancakes?
"Maybe its Mapleine"

Room temp.

Also real maple syrup is worth the price paid.

I prefer cold (or room temp) syrup on hot pancakes. French fries are hot, ketchup is cold. Do you put warm ice cream on hot apple pie? NO!

Speaking of maple syrup, has anyone else seen the Netflix show "Dirty Money" episode on Canada's maple syrup black market? That **** is like cocaine up there.

Addicts like me just inject it. Well...er....into pork bellies, pork shoulder, and pork loin that is. Turns out some great flavored bacon, buckboard bacon, and pork loin. I will also marinate with it on ribs.
