M&A choose White over Niang

Whenever I see "Depth" and "Fran" in the same sentence, I assume porn is involved.

All Niang does is finish and win big games guys. That's it. Other than being a winner, there's no other reason to pick him.

Coffee is for closers. I'm choosing the guy with a coffee cup in his hand. I'm choosing Niang.

I think stats wise they're fairly even. In reality I'd take Niang for several reasons including his potential as only a Sophomore, his ability to finish at the end of games especially, his strength inside compared to White, and because he's not a goofy looking ******.

Niang is your traditional "good" player.

White's game is really... weird. He hustles and rebounds and he just seems to be in the right spot. People just seem to lose him during the play and then all of a sudden... there he is wide open under the basket. I don't quite understand it but that just seems to happen with him. However, because of this "weirdness" some teams do stick on him and he does not always have great games. Hawk fans always complain about White just disappearing on the court... No pun intended

Can only really compare their freshmen years so far. Niang had slightly better stats on a much better team and really was a focal point of the offense and a match-up nightmare at the end of the year.

White
Freshman 2011-12 11.1 ppg, 5.7 rpg, 0.9 apg
Sophmore 2012-13 12.8 ppg, 6.2 rpg, 1.3 apg

Niang
Freshman 2012-13 12.1 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 1.8 apg
Sophmore 2013-14 14.5 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 4.1 apg

Maybe they're fond of players that fold like a cheap tent under pressure. Chokers are a dime a dozen.

To be fair, the said the two were basically even and that Cyclones would pick Niang and Hawks would pick White.
Personally, I'd take Niang over White just because Niang has an extra year. I agree they are basically even if you are trying to choose 1 for one year only.

But continue the outrage.

I think it would depend on who else I had on my team, but I'd lean toward Niang for the reason that he seems to be able to get us a basket when we need it. I don't think that White has that same ability, but he's better in transition and a better rebounder.

When they were asked which player they would rather have, they both chose White. Boycott their show!!
