Treiber and Hufford might be tough to hold back.
I’ve been following ISU recruiting for a long time. I think that at the same stage, I’m as excited about Treiber as an OL recruit as for Karl Nelson and Keith Sims.

But recruiting has changed over all those years.

In Nelson’s case, iirc he was a prep All American—and freshman All American after a redshirt.

Sims wasn’t hyped as a signer, but as he arrived, the whispers started to spread that at 6’2” 300, he could do a 180 degree dunk. From a standing start. Under the basket.

In Treiber’s case, he simply shows ridiculous athleticism for a big guy in his videos. Oh, and Oregon wanted him bad, but that’s practically secondary.

Both Nelson and Sims were very successful, both immediately at ISU and when they got to the NFL. Hoping that Treiber follows that same route.
