In reading some of the posts regarding the racism - I think you may be talking past each other.
- Cuban guys making fun of Alec Baldwin's wife for faking being Spanish - not racist (what's actually happening and pretty funny)
- White guys who pretended to be Cuban as a schtick on a national radio show, but in fact was a paid actor from Des Moines - would've been racist (not the case)

Never heard of the Baldwin story, but was pretty obvious this was a joke.
