Lattimer arrested last night

JBHTexas, haven't you learn that posters from Texas are stupid, uneducated, lacking in common sense, and can't hold a candle to the Iowa born posters when it comes to the affairs of ISU. So, don't try to make good conversation with some of these people. You know that the parents of recruits will continue to send their kids to ISU because CPR is going to put his integrity in the closet to win games and appease the fans. I think it's funny how some of them have been hoping Chiz goes down for the Cam Newton deal (BTW speaks for his integrity) but wants CPR to overlook criminal acts in lieu of winning bowl games.

Umm paying money for a players services (potentially) is slighty different then a simple misdemeanor by a couple of players.

Either way, it's a picture of the head coaches integrity if nothing is done. I guess that's why they both got suspended indefinitely....CPR has integrity!! I bet you won't see him on TV saying "well, it's not a big deal, just a simple misdemeanor."

Indefinetly means nothing in any program until all the facts are out.

And of course CPR wont say its not a big deal being a simple misdeameanor.

And if we're talking 'honor before victory'... taking pay for play would definitely be dishonorable, imho, not so much for minor alcohol related stuff.

Kind of like it's ok that your school has had 60 + arrests because most of them are alcohol related.

I will play the hawk card, let's wait and see what the facts are, then let's kick a 5th string longsnapper off the team to show that CPR means business.

Actually, 24 was their record.

But it was ok, because most of them were just alcohol related.:rolleyes:

Can someone look up the depth chart, and see who the unfortunate 5th stringer is that needs to pay the price for these transgressions.

This thread is actually hilarious. These people, Cyclone fans, sounding like hawk fans on here.

They are saying the SAME things that some of these same people make fun of the hawk fans on here for.

The simple fact of the matter is that these guys ****ed up. I would hope that they are dealt with so I don't have to read this same nonsense every time one of these guys screws up. We have more than ample evidence of what happens when you don't do anything about it, I would hope that CPR makes examples out of these two, however he does it.

And Ames, it was the year they went 6-7, and lost to Western Michigan. You can look it up.

I wish more people would keep that in view. We don't know all the facts, but this thread has totally diverged from the real issue it started with.

I doubt he could find a list, unless he finds the one that some Nebraska fan put together a while back. But I'd buy that claim. We had a ***** ton of arrests that year.

IIRC, going into the 2008 season there had been like 19 arrests in the previous 18 months. I might be off by a little, but I think that was the number being thrown around at the time.

Here you go, it is by year only so I can't discern whether some were before/during/after specific seasons, but there is clearly 16 individuals in the 2007 with multiple more in the years surrounding that could be between seasons, etc...

It looks like 13 players from 2007. You know what the difference is between football and wrestling is don't you? But yeah, you're much closer with your 1-2 off of 24 than I was with 14. I can tell you are a bright one.
