Give me WV having to pass against our secondary any day of the week. I would feel fine about our offense in that situation too though. Really the only reason this game makes me nervous is their running game. If that is gone, I like our chances either way.

Defense.
1. you're already ahead, so that's a good thing
2. they have to get a TD, not a FG, so that's a good thing
3. Greene is prone to make mistakes, so that's a good thing (he CAN sling it deep tho)

He can sling it deep and hudson clement never fails to catch anything he can get a hand on. And, our transfer wr from miss state, who caught a td against pitt but was injured on the play is back. hes 6' 6" and has great hands and speed.

i dont think some of you realize just how bad wvu's corners are.

I feel with Noel and Higgins (Noel ALWAYS seems to be there on a needed 3rd down conversion) I'm betting on them....although, could also see a throw to Higgins that demands a flag doesn't happen in that WVU home environment.

This question is very similar to choosing when to play offense or defense in overtime.
The overwhelmingly accepted thought process there is to play offense last.

In the poll right now, 80% of CF would go against that logic.

It’s a flawed premise in the first place.

The voting for our defense is mostly because with one drive left, you want to be ahead period. Sure your (WVU) defense may be bad on the back end, but give me the lead every time if it’s a TD the other team needs. Now, if WVU only needs a FG to win, that makes this way more interesting imo.

You mean like all those throws to Lazard at KSU?

I'll take Option C "JJ Kohl must kneel down to complete the four-score win".
