Based off what he has said this season I'm a bit surprised by this. I'm sure it's probably a good recruiting tool for them though:

Saw on twitter there are a few ISU letters throughout the season in hands and on bulletin boards.

There is one ISU letter pinned up on a bulletin board the whole season and one other clip showing the running back opening a letter from ISU which has the score of the San Jose State game on the outside for some reason.

One cool note that I figured out with this season, the episode about Cohoma CC(located in Clarksdale, MS). Clarksdale is the home town of incoming freshmen Cordarrius Bailey...

I am on episode 4 (netflix is acting up) and feel this season is a bit of a let down. The first season was mind blowing how much Brittany Wagner did to keep the players accountable for grades, going to class, and being good people. She might be the most important person in the entire program. The second season it doesnt seem that the players respect her as much and are rude and don't listen to her. Some of the players the show focuses on are extremely talented but seem entitled and lazy.

There's a reason he's had a ton of coaching turnover both years of the doc. He's a jackwagon.

This might be long.

Buddy is a jackass who has demonstrated next to zero football knowledge or player personnel management abilities through two seasons. He treats Wright like **** when he's injured and probably one of the better guys on the team. Wright was exactly right when he said he doesn't know his players. He gets in a bunch of talent that's better than anyone else's with a bunch of trouble attached to them and he wins in a game where talent wins. The one thing that really bothers me with him is it seems to be something deep inside that makes him like he is. He isn't oblivious to the fact that he doesn't do the right things.

The offensive staff seemed to be really good and they seemed to be able to connect to kids. You could tell there was a mutual respect there that didn't exist with Buddy. Tricket is at FAU and it wouldn't surprise me to hear the OCs name around other JUCO programs. He should be the head of that program.

Davern Williams will be a big time position coach at some point based on what we saw there as long as his development of players is in line. I thought he was a very relatable guy who gave guys slack at times, but knew when enough was enough and he got after people. I was pretty impressed by him.

That's really all you could glean from the staff. I thought it was sad a CC president was spending time lobbying football voters. I get football is huge in the south but come on.

Ms. Wagner is awesome. She puts up with so much ****, yet she continued to care until she couldn't take it anymore. She legitimately gave a **** about those kids even if they didn't give a **** about their future.

The players are so frustrating. I'm sure the ones with their **** together aren't the ones you ever see and I'm sure there are a lot of them but I don't get how BCS level guys aren't motivated to simply get a 2.5 GPA when people are basically giving it to them. The other thing that really frustrated me is that Kam Carter clearly had some sort of issue and no one was doing anything about it.

Buddy's going to have to replace both of his coordinator because he treats them like ****. How do you tell your OC to go stop calling playing plays and go sit the booth when he talked back/ smirked at you? Sad excuse for a coach. Davern Williams seems like a good coach. I'm sure this show will get him a job at a bigger school.

There is a lot of turnover in the staff, but even being a top Juco in the nation, that's absolutely expected. What person trying to make it in college coaching is going to spend a decade in Scooba, MS when there are other offers about?

I liked this documentary as I used to coach Juco basketball and seeing the everyday struggle to try to get kids to show a hint of effort at easy classes is all too real.

Would be interesting to see if this came out right away before recruitments end

I would think some coaches would look at some players like Kam Carter and second guess some scholarship offers.

I feel bad for guys like Isaiah Wright

How the heck do these athletes pass D1-level classes when they barely get by the ridiculously easy JUCO classwork? I've taken classes at both ISU and a community college, and the difficulty difference was like night and day...

I hope they do a third season so Buddy's terrible treatment of people results in his downfall. Without Ms Wagner and the OC I think it will be very difficult to succeed. Having a stud D1 QB at the Juco level certainly helped this last season. His former players talking poorly about him as a human should hurt recruiting. If he continues winning and sending kids to D1 it might not matter.
