KU vs Somebody Diallo's first game

And?

Keep spinning and trying to distract from the topic, 44 might be buying it. A head to head series is the most accurate way to figure out which of two teams is better. Have you ever heard of playoffs? ISU was a better basketball team than KU in 14-15. I know it's an uncomfortable truth for such an arrogant fanbase but it's the truth no matter how much spin you put on it.
Whatever helps you feel better about the season, man. I applaud your ability to find the positive and let's just leave it at that.

You probably picked the wrong KU guy to target. Bash on the Morris twins and we'll join you; they are idiots. Bash on the guy who lost every adult that meant anything to him within a matter of weeks while he was at KU but still managed to buck up and lead his team to a national title appearance while dealing with what he had to handle won't be received as well.

Like anyone gives a **** how what they post is "received" by KU fans on CF. You're not on phog.net dingleberry.

Remember when KU was ahead by 17 in the Big 12 title game? I never got a chance to ask a KU fan how that really felt? Do KU fans know their team is mentally weak?

Remember when randomfan44 said Diallo wasn't needed because they were already stacked, then he was the missing piece they needed and then said he had a 7'8' wingspan? Those were the times

@SDSU will still be a battle no matter how good they are. That team will always play great defense and SDSU is a tough place to win a game. They lost to a ranked Utah team, a ranked West Virginia team and a pretty good Arkansas Little Rock team.

x3.

They lost to WV by 22 and yesterday they padded their resume with a 4 point win over Long Beach State.

By the way, what is up with Long Beach State playing Okie State twice in the span of 5 days? You'd think if you ended up in the same tourney you would postpone your contracted game a year or something.

ISU missed out on a share of the Big 12 Title because they lost to Texas Tech. Holding serve at home would have also gotten them a share. And then of course the loss to a 14 seed. Not sure the mentally weak approach is your best play here but we can go down that route if you'd like.

17!!!!! KU, the mighty Jayhawks, cradle of hoops civilization, in a title game. Sometimes its not who you lose to it's how you lose. Teams get beat all the time in the tourney but coming from 17 down to beat a blue blood on basically their home floor that doens't happen all of the time. That's a special kind of pants ******** right there.

Conference Tournaments are glorified exhibitions. Sure I wanted KU to win but there wasn't much on the line in that game. The loss to Michigan State a few weeks ago bothered me a lot more than the Conference Tournament loss.

Things KU fans say.

How fun would it be for both fan bases if we won the conference and national tourney and Kansas won the Big 12 regular season title. Everyone would be happy

My list of priorities

1. NCAA Tournament
2. Conference race
3. Marquee regular season non-con
4. Conference Tournament
5. All the rest

I'm sure the players and coaching staff felt the same way. Good to see KU fan really has their back.

So am I reading this right? Are you saying winning something like the Maui tournament or some other early season tournament is more important than a major conference tournament?

I am with you there. I'd put a conference tourney title above a non-con tourney title. KU only had to play one tough game to win Maui this year. This year, I'd value the WUG gold medal more than the Big 12 tourney title, though. 8 games in like 10 or 11 days? That was brutal and a once in a lifetime experience for those players.

Until their team wins it. kind of like the fact that they never mention that 4 of the "11-straight" were not outright championships, they were shared (Texas x 2, OU & KSU).
KU fans would rather KU win it than not win if that's what you're saying. But it doesn't change where it ranks on the priorities list.
