Killian Toure NIL

He can’t earn anything I thought due to his student visa status.

There’s some interesting loop holes by having the shop or advertising be international based and him not doing anything state side including posting about it, talking about it, and whatnot.

I’m not a lawyer but if he’s earning a cut on this, this is treading a dangerous line. But I assume CF has worked with Blum to figure out what to do legally

thank you. I saw that on the description it said "
Officially licensed by Killyan Toure" but thank you

I’m pretty sure that got updated since then.

I don’t think this is accurate. I remember something about being a HS student in the US prior to enrolling at ISU changes NIL status.

I think it was something Williams and Blum discussed. I don’t know but thought they could earn money now. Otherwise how do they get any NIL?

There's no way on Earth, Venus or Mars that Killyan Toure (or Chris Williams/Cyclone Fanatic for that matter) would risk his ability to play games for a portion of the proceeds from a $28 t-shirt.

He can get royalties, where he can't get paid is directly from the university or for doing things like commercials or events.

The only update was a judge ruling in favor of the athlete potentially getting a P-1 (pro athelete) vs a F-1 (student) visa. I’m not privy to what visa Toure has.

He gets a cut. Don't feel the need to specify for his sake but it's a very fair amount.
