Would not hate it if the Chiefs took a stab at Allen Lazard this summer.

Yea, real shame the one time the Chiefs had 1/1 pick and there was no clear impact player to select.
Kinda a crap draft, but I think Fish worked out just fine, certainly better than Joeckel. Although, Lane Johnson went 4th to the Eagles and look who's on the other side of the big game. Had Fisher neve gotten hurt, he may still be a Chief. (and KC might have another SB win)
Still have plenty of time, although according to reports, they don't have a lot of hope for Hardman.
I could see Lazard being a cheaper option to fill the JuJu role. Possession reciever and he would be the perfect lead blocker for the jet sweeps they love to run.
I agree with this. Fisher wasn't bad but definitely not a top 5 pick. Bad class to have a high pick.
Not surprising to me. From the way the coaches are talking I think Toney is getting close. Hard to know about Sneed. Concussion stuff can be hard to predict.
I am guessing JuJu rests as much as possible but he will be back for the game.
MVS and Marcus Kemp are both 100% healthy. Watson will be back from his illness. Juju and Toney should be ready to go barring setbacks this week. A couple of guys on the practice squad if they need them. All the TEs are healthy thankfully.
Skyy Moore is also healthy. If he got some reps this week due to injuries maybe he and Mahomes can develop a bit of chemistry and he can be a contributor. He and Patrick seemed to be just a bit off the same page this year.
While not ideal, I think we could be good enough with a squad of Kelce, Gray, Fortson, MVS, Watson, Moore.
