The glass looks slick, but the structure is a little squatty for my tastes. I don't know, I'm not an architect. It just looks like they plopped a trailer on top of a building. It looks like a double wide to me.
Would it look more like a trailer with the Fawkeye logo painted on the glass?

Kind of wondering why they haven’t sodded the NE hillside yet. I understand the possible desire to do it all at once—but if we have a big rain storm, won’t there be erosion of al that nice black (presumably) composted soil?

Something that only occurred to me within the last week was to bookmark the link in my web browser. So I didn't need to find the link in this thread.

I didn't want to add a bookmark to a browser already overly crowded with useless bookmarks. Especially for a link that I hope is nearly coming to it's completion.

Is that a concrete pumper that just pulled on the site?

I think the lid is happening! I got concerned when the pumper left but it went around and came in on the SW side now

They look to be setting up way too far away to be pumping the lid. I'm not exactly sure what they're pouring but it looks like it might be something to do with the west side of the tunnel or maybe there's some sort of outer NW retaining wall or structure.

My best guess, with where they're aiming, is that it's probably footings for the NW walkway ramp.

Edit: They just did a "dry run" and they're definitely pumping an arc around the NW corner.

I wish for this stadium to some day reach 70k
I’m hoping for 80K some day. Thirty miles from the Des Moines metro, that should be supportable.

To be honest, I’d like to see 100K Cyclone fans packing Jack Trice on game days some far off day—but that’s just a dream.

Not least, because I’m not as young as I used to be.
