Josh Cunningham

Today. They have a game tomorrow night.

5. Peoria
The city of Peoria, Illinois. Also known as P-town. Basically a real-world equivalent of Spoon River, as the bulk of the population consists of people with little money, a McJob, and no hope.

Peoria is also the home of Bradley University, a pretty good private school. However, BU is overpriced and full of jocks, preps, and emo kids.
"Why did he hang himself, officer?"
'Well, he lived in Peoria."

They are for entertainment purposes and based on the best guess of the people making them. If you are taking predictions as stone cold fact, you're the one that has the problem, not 247.

These crystal ball predictions are genius - the amount of pub and talk they have generated about 247's site has got to be invaluable in their industry.

Coupled with the cool, warm, warmer and favorite updates on recruit profiles, I'm starting to go there more often. Feel like I'm in a video game.

Thanks, haven't seen this article in about two weeks.

You're welcome! Wish I didn't have a job and a social life so I had time to read every post on CF re: Cunningham. My fault for wanting to share information that others may also have missed, such as the McKay video I recently posted which Chris subsequently included in his article.

Of course, one always has the option of not reading/responding to a post containing something that has previously been posted, rather than wasting their and everyone else's time by pointing out something people who have seen the information before already know, and the ones who have not will appreciate.

I know message boards are typically negative for recruiting, but do you think Fred has shown CF to Cunningham?

I mean, there is no way Bradley can want Cunningham as bad as we do, and he can see it plain as day here. Even if we didn't rake in Vaughn, I still think Cunningham can be crazy impressive for us Cyclones.

He hasn't. I know this because if Hoiberg had already showed Vaughn the 300 pg Vaughn thread complete with avatars, Vaughn would either be committed already or have placed a restraining order on every CF'er.

A job AND a social life? HA I enjoy rotting in my mother's basement for all eternity eating cheetos and playing xbox. The only social life I need is Xbox live.

Back to Cunningham....has anyone seen the report from his visit on October 28th? I'M KIDDING RELAX. Anyone have any insight as to why we didn't wait to bring him for official on a bball game day? Hilton is a major selling point. Especially when you're comparing it to Bradyley's game day atmosphere (whatever that arena is called)?

I think he wanted to do his visits earlier, and a game day may not have worked with Cunningham's schedule.

I am going to guess since signing day is next week that they figured he would make his decision before that so they brought him during family weekend.

I doubt a recruit is going to pick his college based on which "fan base wants him more".

While I doubt this as well, I do think that how bad a recruit is wanted by a fan base would factor in a little bit. He knows he'd be praised here. No one really knows what happens at Bradley.

I really hope we land Cunningham, but if we lose him to a bigger fish/smaller pond situation where he plays for a coach he's probably known since he was 10 yrs old, I have no issues with that. at least he's making a logical decision based on what's best for him.

...and has a lower likelihood of popping up to hurt us :yes4lo:

If a basketball makes a swish at Carver Arena does it really make a sound?

Wasn't this guy supposed to make up his mind over the weekend? Or am I mistaken? Either way, any update from anyone? I know it's down to us and Bradley. Hope this guy has half a brain and picks ISU.
