Good landing spot for Joe. Still gets to compete at a semi-high level, and a program that puts skill position players in the league often.
I doubt that his mis-use of the word "whom" there will limit those opportunities.
Looks like Memphis is his choice? Good luck to him.
That's a good spot for him. I'll be rooting for him to put up big numbers.
