At this point I’m gonna just assume we will have nine guys on scholarship. If we sign anyone, it’ll be someone that belongs in a mid major.
I’d like to believe that helps ensure good things should be expected, but after watching us struggle at the 4 last year, I’m not sure.
My sources are saying Kentucky. ISU was in the lead but these things are fluid and Kentucky talked to him and changes his mind. ISU was still trying to get him up to the last minute and weirder things have happened. It is Spring recruiting afterall but my source is not confident at all.
But what if the reason I am holding my breath is to put me out of my misery?
My concern is that we continue to receive updates that we are a lock or looking good on a commit. Only to find out less than 24 hours that it turns out we aren’t even in the running anymore. It’s like there is a disconnect between what is being leaked and reality.
I get the allure of wanting to pick Kentucky but think this is a bad move for him. This is a kid who will be constantly recruited over. I would guess this isn't his last transfer.

Spring recruiting has never been fun with this staff.
Last year wasn't bad. Landing Bolton was big obviously and on paper getting Grill over some other major conference programs was a win
