ISU unranked in AP poll

Few things:
- Notre Dame being ranked is a joke. Shouldn’t ever be ranked going into week four with zero wins.
- Georgia Tech should be higher.
- 4 teams ranked with one loss, 1 with two, all “blue bloods” and in the Big 10/SEC
- To the point above, Baylor with 6 votes with only loss to #22.
- Why did FSU move up 3 spots for not playing a game? I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because they got screwed by the CFP two years ago, but still.
- Why did Oregon drop two spots for handling NW?

Iowa was broke when we got there. (their offense anyway)
According instant Iowa at their halftime, they are all fixed now. Phillips is all B1G receiver and Gronopasski has settled into the rigors of FBS football. We are lucky we got them when we did was implied. They are back on playoff glide path

To be fair, there's been plenty of years we've said the same thing. Let them think what they want, the game is in the past.

This is a gift. Let them sniff that cocaine and let that hype train cook. When it crashed into a bridge and explodes, sit back and enjoy.

It’s ridiculous. I don’t care that you lost to two good teams. You lost and don’t have a win.

They also play a very easy schedule the rest of the year. They will be 10-2 and make the playoff for sure, with two ranked losses, zero ranked wins (likely) and not having to play in a conference title.

Notre Dame isn't going 10-2. Their defense is pretty bad.

ISU benefited from Poll inertia this week.
Ranked 14th and played like the 41st ranked team.
Apparently, nobody noticed.
Everybody just sees the W and 4-0.
Move those Cyclones up a notch or two.
Checks out!
Let's Go State!
Shouldn’t they kinda look at the whole body of work at this point? Going off one game can cause wild gyrations

It helps that our game was up against a couple of really good games.

To be honest, I don't remember us playing game 4. Must have been an ok game.... 4-0 works for me

The bye week should prove interesting as far as the poll goes. If I looked right, every team behind ISU except Alabama is playing next week. Some are playing top-25 opponents. Ole Miss, Tenn, GT, and Vandy are not playing P4. More SEC teams that the pollsters can jump up.

Husker fans are going to be foaming at the mouth this week. They were whining last week after they ran the score up on Akron.

Shocked we moved up, Oregon dropped two spots. I'll take it. There is something to being first team to 4 wins I guess and we only played two of the games at home with a lot of teams feasting on buy games.
To be fair, as we saw last week, some of the voters dont even bother to check who won or lost before voting.

Although maybe how viral that went last week some of them decided to do better this week, doubtful though.
