I think Stephen F Austin was riding the longest home streak in the country when UNI went down there last week, so there attention from voters might be short lived, but that was a decent win.

Gotcha, hadn't really followed them though I did see the SFA win and knew they'd made the tournament some what recently. Good to have a second relevant team in the state.

I wish we played UNI this year instead of Drake, to beef up our SOS. Although UNI this year will be a tough game for almost any team.

Count me as one who's relieved we don't draw UNI this year. They're good. ISU is visible enough now nationally that SOS isn't really a big concern with a strong Big 12 and a couple of decent non conference games. No real need to beef up our SOS.

UNI has a fairly deep, talented team, and they are a pain in the *** without either. Buss is injured, but even when healthy may not start.

If you are wanting to beef up SOS, do it via marque matchups against teams so good that losing to them is fairly meaningless or by eliminating games against the MVST types. The Big 12 is plenty strong enough.
