Iowa State Theme for Firefox 4

I just finished updating the Iowa State Firefox theme for Firefox 4. Thanks to all who've asked me about it for being patient with me getting it done (they changed a lot of stuff around for themes in this version).

The them can be downloaded here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/iowa-state-cyclones-theme/

Please let me know if something doesn't work right, or if you have suggestions to improve the theme. Thanks!

It's currently awaiting official review before it's approved on the Firefox site, but in the meantime you can download it here:

cyclonetheme4.xpi

Once the file is downloaded, just drag into into firefox and it should ask if you want to install the them.

Please let me know if something doesn't work right, or if you have suggestions to improve the theme. Thanks!

The best part about this theme is when my brother asks me where he can find a UofI theme for Firefox.

The response: You can't.
 
I love the Cyclone logo being the back and forward buttons. Well done.

Yes, I thought that was a nice added touch. The Cyclone theme for FF 4 looks very nice. I'm going to tweak my colors for Windows XP a bit more to add even more Cardinal Red and Cyclone Gold in place of the Windows default colors. Go Cyclones!! and thanks again to Nick!:yes::notworthy:
 
I guess I shouldn't have updated to Firefox 5 tonight as the new version of Firefox is not compatible. Ba hum bug.
 
Of course, now you have to update the persona to FF5; yes FF5 is out. My linux distro repository already has FF5 marked for upgrading.

I'll be eagerly awaiting the updated Iowa State Cyclones theme!:yes: Got a new replacement desktop computer last week so I had to go to Firefox 5.0.

Great news: The Iowa State Cyclones Firefox theme is in third place on the list of Firefox's themes-sports, with 305 weekly downloads for a total of over 47,000 downloads! This puts us ahead of such notables as Penn State, Michigan State, Florida State and Florida. Only one other NCAA school is ahead of us and that is the school that we beat in that bowl game, Alabama.

Only two other Big 12 schools even have their own theme: Okie State and Texas and we are way ahead of both of them!! A big congratulations to you Nick and a big thanks for your fine work!!:yes:

I don't suppose you'd want to update it for Firefox 5 would you? I have it on one computer, but would like to use the theme for my Mac *running 5
