thx...how long did the process take?I did about 14 years ago. The transmission kept going out and they couldn't figure out why. After several trips to the dealership, I filed for the lemon law and succeeded without really any issues. It was well documented, so that certainly helped. I was even refunded all the money I had paid towards the loan.
I don't remember exactly, but I do remember it was quick. I'd say less that 6 weeks.thx...how long did the process take?
Sold back to consumers probably. What happens to the car after you file and succeed?

I was told that my car was going back to the factory for the engineers to dissect. No one could figure out what was making the transmission go out. Very odd. What happens to the car after you file and succeed?

I would be very surprised to see the factory have any cars come back their way. But on the other hand, no idea where the lemons actually land.
Are you worried your wife would use your excessive number of CF posts as defense in the trial?I've never heard of this law. Does it also apply to marriages?
haven't had to on any vehicles yet. but yes most dealers/manufactures will try to work with you first to get the issue fixed, and often times it goes to a higher management chain as soon as you say you want to lemon a vehicle.
what issues are you currently having that have you asking?
