Cyclones.com has a list of all the athletes that graduated this week. Sean Foster and Jalen Martin are listed. Congratulations to both of these guys graduating in 3 1/2 years. Will be interesting to see if they explore the grad transfer market.

Both seem likely candidates.

I seem to remember Martin making a spectacular grab on a relatively errant pass in a game I think was two years ago, Okie State? He looked primed to help shoulder some of the load to replace Lazard. Either hasn’t developed or simply has been recruited over.

Campbell mentioned Hutchinson as a #1 type receiver in the mold of Lazard and Butler. Add that to Shaw, Milton, Porter, Scates, Akers and multiple others a change of scenery may be warranted.

I believe it was against Kansas, when we had a comfortable lead. Terrific catch, but then later that game dropped a likely touchdown that hit him in stride. I thought he had a chance to carve out a niche on last year's team, but for whatever reason he never took that next step. We have had a pretty talented and deep stable of WR the last 2 years, and we look good there for years to come.

Was foster in the 2 deeps?

Yes but Ramos got the nod when JGJ got banged up. Maybe he's a one year buffer to get the true Freshman an extra year to develop but he just looks so stiff when given the chance. Really be surprised if we don't bring in a GT to compete at RT.

We have 18 seniors on the team on scholarship. We just signed 21 new guys plus bring in the two greyshirts, so it would seem we are already 5 players beyond the 85 limit. So, already we know there have to be 5 underclassmen moving. Narveson is one, so there are four yet to go. And that's only if we don't try to bring in someone else.

Foster was on the two deep behind Meeker, not Good-Jones.

Yeah what did the 2 deep look like at Center? Honestly you're too stupid to argue with.

Foster has made starts at LT in prior years.
Speaking of “too stupid to argue with”, Foster made starts at left tackle when he was listed at left tackle. For a while he was listed as the backup at left tackle—but not this season.

Andeveryone without their head firmly shoved up their ass knew that the staff is a whole lot more impressed with Ramos than they are Foster.

The depth chart at center involved a starter moving over, because they liked the backup at his position more than they did the listed backup. at center. Everyone knew that they liked Downing as much as they do Ramos, too..

Everyone with a brain, anyway. Please stop typing. You’re only making yourself look dumber.

And I’m not arguing. I’m attempting to explain in simple, straightforward terms to someone who just isn’t very bright. Being a dimwit along with being arrogant is a very dangerous combination.

who’s going to start at LT for us in the bowl game with JGJ not playing? Gotta think it’ll be Ramos, right?
