Hp Touchpad Firesale

Ha, just talked to my PCmall rep. "we had thousands over the weekend and poof almost gone overnight"
 
I managed to get one in the tiger direct shopping cart but the site is down so I can't check out. Lol this is nuts

Last night I tried b & n as a guest and have not got cancelled... Yet
 
My B&N still say 'In Process: Not Yet Shipped'

I'm attempting to get one through TigerDirect so I can hopefully have a guarantee somewhere! My wife is going to be ****** if all these go through and I end up with 8 of them...
 
Pretty sure TigerDirect already sold out... I had one in the cart and with all of their website problems, by the time I got through to the final process order and clicked it I got a message: 'There are no items in your cart to order'
 
Yeah I never got into the checkout process for TigerDirect. Still hoping my Barnes and Noble order goes through.

Check your email. Mine did that too but I did get charged for one. I was logged in though, so that probably is what did it.

I'm holding on the hope that the longer I don't see a cancellation email from OnSale or B&N the better potential I have of these going through...

It would just be nice to see a shipping statement on at least 1 of them though!
 
I've now placed three orders, each for Qty 1 of the 16 gig version:

OnSale (via amazon) Sunday evening. Not cancelled yet, but likely to be.
B&N Sunday night. Cancelled.
TigerDirect just a little bit ago. Looking good so far. I got the order confirmation page, the order confirmation email, and the email from paypal confirming the payment.
 
Just got a email from best buy the my order has shipped!!! My dad wanted me to order him one too, and I didn't because I got the out of stock/back order e-mail yesterday. I am on the waiting list at hp.com. I am thinking that will be the best way to get one going forward.
 
I never thought another site would tear me away from CF, but the slickdeals.net monster thread about this has totally consumed me for the past day.
