First year of ever having season tickets but man you can just feel the anticipation and intensity in the air and the players respond. Standing the whole game. The osu game and Texas game were a lot of fun to be at. Feels a lot like Hilton when it gets going
I wasn’t able to be there tonight. But I spoke at halftime with somebody at the game and they told me that the place was SO juiced and ready to go. All they needed was for us to get the lead and then the crowd would do the rest. I laughed in response but inside wanted, hoped that was true. Boy…. I guess that was quite accurate, indeed.
EXCEPT against Iowa?? Damm that hurts to even think about how we keep bolstering their in state recruiting. Can we get them scheduled for a TG day game every year instead of September?

The atmosphere at JTS started our winning tradition when Toledo visited years ago.
I think take for granted how much JTS has changed in the last 20-25 years. It is an awesome stadium compared to what we used to have.

Even as recently as 2010 we had no football building, no SEZ, and just one tiny ass screen in the south end zone. The last decade has been ISU football’s best and most important in every way.
We still have a chance to sell more than 60,000 tickets for every game, which is not something that a lot of teams do - especially one like ISU that didn’t even have 60,000 seats just a few years ago.
That's great to hear! It used to be a feeling of doom like we were all waiting for the other shoe to drop.

I think that is the biggest feeling many of our fans need to shake. Last night it sure felt like failing to capitalize on the incredible defense early was going to cost the game. That sure was not the case.
Dude, we used to hope for weather delays so the fans could go out and run around the field, and that would be the most exciting thing about the day.
