This is so ridiculous yet so perfect because you prove my points. First, I rip Iowa plenty, so that's an outright lie. If you are somehow basing your opinion of me on that...I don't know what to tell you. Second, posts like this are why I try to keep isu fans in check with reality. You come across as ignorant and quite frankly jealous or just plain obsessed to the point that you live to troll. You cant handle any criticism of isu, even though it's fact. You cant handle anything that paints Iowa in a less than horrific light even if it's fact.

There is little to no opinion about Iowa in anything I say, because quite frankly I don't give a ****. But I am very familiar the school, and the sports programs, because of proximity. So I likely have relevant input, backed up by facts. I will occasionally interject a reasonable alternative view. Yet folks like you instantly jump on me for being a hawk troll and I've got freaking banned like 3 times for stuff so ridiculous that every other board I visit would likely mock it. It's a bad look and pretty much sums up the general public view of the isu fan base perfectly.

You have Iowa season football tickets and said that Monte Morris and Mike Gessel were "pretty much a wash" when it comes to comparing who is better. I've never seen you rip Iowa either to be honest with you

sorry if posted, but Iowa ranks 13th out of 14 in the Big Ten ahead of only Rutgers. Assuming Maryland and Rutgers didn't count in this because they just joined, Iowa is dead last.

It would be SPECULATION for me to predict Iowa's record with ISU's schedule. So why would I bother to do that? Iowa tends to play to the level of its competition so I really don't know. Anyways, ISU beat Iowa in 2002, the year that Iowa lost in the Orange Bowl (the Orange Bowl is a major bowl-game that features two of the 10 or so best teams in the country. I'm adding this because I don't know if you guys would know much about that kind of thing.) Was ISU better than Iowa that year? No. No they weren't. They upset one of the best teams in the country and then proceeded to lose most of their games. Iowa isn't one of the best teams in the country this year but they are probably better than ISU, even though they were upset by the same ISU earlier this year. Let's wait and see how the season pans out.

You do know we were ranked in the top 10 that year before we completly fell apart at the end of the season right...(kind of like you guys in basketball this year remember).

as for gesell vs man man, we will see pretty soon. the stats arent exactly supporting your argument.

Since you deal in facts here, this shouldn't be difficult. Since I deal in facts, too, the fact is that most of your posts are anti-ISU and defend Iowa frequently, which most posters observe.

Say what? Monte shot better from the floor, 3pt, and FT line, broke the NCAA record record for A/TO and averaged more rebounds. All of this while playing with a year less of experience and against better competition

I was referring to Iowa's three straight years (going on 4) of ZERO conference titles in any sport....tourney or regular season

the worst in the Big 10 over that span.
