What portion of the team will be wrestling this weekend.

If I recall ---- not many starters participated in this tourney last year

Last night Jackson said everybody who isn't hurt will be there. Around 30 ISU guys total.

And Andrew Long will presumably be there, which is not something anyone ever expected to happen.

Yes definitely get tickets at the door and it does start at 9. I will probably get there around 10.

Wait serious? Just assumed he had fallen at GV once again. If he did get his head straight good for him...way too good of a talent to waste.

Destin McCauley westling for UNK here too

That bottom part of the bracket at 149 is super interesting to me. Max Thomsen, Fredy Stroker, Mike Kemerer, Geo Martinez, and McCauley. Big time Iowa recruits (Thomsen/Stroker), super freshman at U of I (Kemerer), ranked guys (Martinez) and then obviously McCauley. Solid matches coming up soon in that weight.

Also, Anthony Wesley beating Vince Turk from Iowa is pretty cool. Turk was a stud recruit last year and Brands even said to not count him out on getting their 141 spot on varsity.

Chase Straw majoring Isaiah Patton was eye-catching to me. Patton was definitely a bigger recruit last year, and at a higher weight. Either says that Straw was a better get than we initially thought, or that our coaches are pretty good at developing guys. I know it's just one match, but he beat him handily and I guess just wouldn't have expected them after watching both wrestle in high school last year.

Are there any websites or brackets available for this. Can't seem to find any results.
