Looking for recommendations on garage shelving units. Specifically looking at something that's metal and has doors so "hide" all the junk.

Leaning towards Gladiator Gear Boxes, but wondering if anyone has other recommendations.

I like the Gladiator cabinets that I have in my garage.

I have some Husky shelves that I really like. But these are shelves, not with doors. My husky cabinet is okay, but I'd look for something else.

No specific recommendation, but living in an older house I'd say something with adjustable feet is a must. A garage floor should have a slight slope, but you dont want your storage to be tippy. And over time the garage floor will probably "warp" due to settling.

Otherwise get a package of shims so you can make it level and ensure the loads are properly supported.

I bought some old steel kitchen cabinets from a couple remodeling their kitchen. Prepped them and sprayed with IH tractor paint (did a decent, not great job). Lots of pull-out shelves and lazy suzan drawers.

Gotta watch out tho, some have asbestos liners in the doors - I think mine do actually, but the paint should keep it contained. I didn't die yet anyway.

Sams sells a brand called Seville.
Awesome and a great price.
