The alliance is good news but probably an offshoot of the info LIV is being sued by a tournament support vendor for $1M for non-payment of invoices. I suspect more than one vendor isn't getting paid.Asian Tour joins European-PGA Tour alliance in LIV Golf setback

So reality LIV might be done in next 30 days.
Spent the day at the course yesterday. Was a very fun day. We got there at 6:30am and the crowd for Scottie was incredible.
My ears perked up a month or so ago when Paul McGinley on Golf Channel said Jackson Koivun was going to be a star. Appears he may be right. He said that right after Jackson just finished his NCAA season at Auburn.
Lots of low rounds were had today, but a 61 is still a 61. That kid was nails. 28 on the back nine is a video game score.

I would give anything to able to hit the kind of shot he hit on 18. 200+ yards out is the bane of my golf game.
I think we’re seeing a star being born…professionally that is. Jackson was obviously an incredible amateur.
Impressive Final Round by Koivun. Bogey free 5 under day to close it out.

That kid is the real deal. About the only sign of pressure you could see all day is the tee shot, approach and chip on 18, and he still found a way to make the putt for par to get the tournament record.
Awesome story too, a public course kid who was insanely driven to get better.
