Help: Gaming Forum Opt In?

Been through all the site maps and search high and low for where you opt in to the gaming forum and am coming up empty. Can someone point me in the right direction?

We were talking about this in the Mafia thread. Why is gaming still an opt in forum? So a couple whiners years ago complained about a single mafia thread on the front page years ago. Let them opt out! Let new users see the content and then decide if they want to remove it.

Politics and In State Rivals are opt out, not opt in like gaming. That is just ridiculous.
